How do I add and manage tasks and requests?
The simplest way is to request designs directly using our Trello board system. If you have different preferences, such as sharing ideas through Google Docs, wireframes, or a brief Loom video, feel free to choose the method that best suits you instead of giving written instructions
How can I cancel my design subscription?
Feel free to use our subscription for any length of time, and if you decide to cancel, there are no hidden fees. Just let us know, and the subscription will stop renewing from the next month onward.
What if I only have a single request?
No worries! Once you receive your design, you can pause your subscription and resume it when you have more design needs.

How will the day-to-day way of working look like?
We continuously work on your designs as you submit requests.. You can have an unlimited number of design requests on the Trello board backlog, and we'll address them one by one based on your priority.
We prioritize design time and aim to minimize meetings. However, if there's any uncertainty or if you prefer more direct communication, we're open to prompt meetings to ensure clarity and effective collaboration.
Additionally, for day-to-day communication, we use Slack for efficient and seamless collaboration.
What if I don't like a design?
No worries! We offer unlimited revisions until you're fully satisfied.
Is there a limit to how many requests I can have?
No, you can have unlimited requests, but depending on your plan, one or two tasks can be active concurrently. Once we finish a request, we'll send it for feedback and move on to the next based on your assigned priority.

Are there any refunds if I don't like the service?
Unfortunately, we don't offer refunds due to the high-quality nature of our work. Instead, we provide unlimited revisions to ensure that you're always satisfied with the designs we deliver.
What does unlimited design mean?
Add as many requests as you want to your queue, and we'll address them one by one according to the priority you've assigned.
How do you handle subscriptions?
We process subscriptions through Stripe for efficient and secure payments.
How do I pause my subscription?
To pause, you can either inform us directly or use the dashboard.
We understand that your design workload can vary. If you currently have just one or two design requests, the best option is to pause your subscription.
Here's how it works:
Our billing cycles operate on a 31-day basis.
Suppose you sign up and use the service for 21 days. If you decide to pause your subscription, the billing cycle stops. As a result, you'll have 10 unused days of service that you can use whenever you need them in the future.
